Attorney at Law and member in the Israeli bar, 1976.
Doctorate of marketing in the economic scientific faculty, University of Oradea, Romania, 2001.

Occupation
Senior partner at Henryk Rostowicz & Co. Law Offices in Tel-Aviv, which includes the senior partner, Pinhas Gilad, Attorney at Law and a fully staffed office of lawyers, apprentices and secretaries. The firm is specializing in real estate, government and municipal taxation, commercial law, corporations and litigation.
